Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If more than 14 days have passed since receiving your order, we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless you contacted us within that period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

 

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within several business days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company—refund posting times may vary.

  • Contact your bank—processing delays can occur.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@skid-shop.com.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. A gift certificate will be issued once the returned item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

 

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping times for exchanged products may vary by location.

For all items we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
